Terms of service
Effective 26 August 2026
These terms cover your use of sonarshores.com. Client work is governed by the separate written agreement you sign, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.
Who we are
Sonar Shores LLC, a Florida business trading as Sonar Shores, Vero Beach, FL.
Using this site
You may use it for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to break it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.
Our content
The design, copy, images and code on this site belong to us, except where they belong to a client or a licensor. Don’t copy them without asking.
Pricing shown on this site
Prices published on this site are current at the effective date and may change. The price in a signed agreement is the price you pay, and founding-client rates, once locked, do not change for that client.
How our engagements work
Monthly plans run for a 90-day initial term, then continue month to month. Either side can end the month-to-month period with 30 days’ written notice.
One-time projects are billed 50% to begin and 50% on delivery.
Advertising spend is separate. It is billed to you at cost, directly by the ad platform or passed through without markup, and it is not part of the monthly fee.
What you own
You own your deliverables. The domain, the website, the leads, the content we produce for you, and your advertising accounts are yours.
On request, at any time, we will provide a complete export within 7 days: your leads, your content files, and administrative access to everything we hold in your name.
We keep the right to show work we produced for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
What we don’t promise
We work hard and we have a track record, but no agency can guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue figure, and we don’t. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your close rate, and platform behaviour we don’t control.
Anything on this site describing past results describes past work. It is not a promise of your results.
Liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts serving Indian River County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
