What you’re agreeing to

By giving us your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Sonar Shores LLC d/b/a Sonar Shores at that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can work with us without ever agreeing to texts.

What we send

Replies to your enquiry. Appointment reminders and confirmations. Updates about work in progress. Occasional information about our services.

How often

Message frequency varies depending on how you interact with us. Most people receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You’ll get one confirmation message, and then nothing further.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Not all mobile carriers are supported.

Your data

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver messages for us, and only in order to deliver them.
