Privacy policy
Effective 26 August 2026
Sonar Shores LLC, doing business as Sonar Shores (“we,” “us”), operates sonarshores.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you consent to email or text messages: we record that you consented, the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address it came from. We keep this because we have to be able to show it.
Automatically, when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you got here, and the marketing tags attached to your visit (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, wbraid). We use these to work out which advertising actually brought you here.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, government ID numbers, or any special category data.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. To send you what you asked for. To provide services if you become a client. To measure which marketing works. To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never done so.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs:
