Yes. Move up a tier and you move up at that tier's current rate, locked from then on. Add-ons are priced at the time you order them. Founding clients keep the rate they signed at for as long as the account stays active.
Three months, then month to month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days notice — no penalty, no exit fee. There is no setup fee on any plan: no build fee, no onboarding fee, no activation fee. Nothing bills until your site and system are live, not the day you sign.
Meta and Google bill it directly to your card, at cost. We never mark it up or run it through our account. Meta needs a minimum of $1,500 a month to gather enough learning data — below that, cost per lead swings far too wide to be useful.
A five-page project build is $2,000, yours to keep. A standalone build outside a retainer is $4,497. Website care and hosting is $197 a month — hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates, uptime monitoring and up to 30 minutes of edits — and it is free while you are on Site + content or Full engine. You own the website either way, with a full export within seven days if you leave.
